The Wedding Day Management Package includes:

• An in person consultation (once four to six weeks prior to your wedding or event and then again two weeks prior to the big day)

• Assist in finalizing your Wedding Day Schedule

• Distribute Wedding Day Schedule to vendors and VIP's

• Confirmation of vendors one to two weeks prior to your wedding

• Onsite ceremony and reception coordination

• Building emergency contact list and distribute to VIP's and Vendors; coordinate suppliers and act as the main point of contact

• Access to emergency kit
